This Privacy Policy explains how “Sandra Loomis for Alaska” (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the campaign committee for Sandra Loomis’s candidacy for the Alaska State House of Representatives, District 30, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit [website domain] or interact with us online.

Information We Collect

Contribution information. If you make a contribution, we (and our payment processor) collect the information required to process it and to comply with campaign-finance law. Under Alaska law, this includes your name, address, occupation, and employer. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We may use cookies or similar technologies for this. We use [analytics tools, if any] to help us understand how visitors use the site.

• Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate the campaign, including our website host, our email and supporter platform (Action Network), and our payment processor (Anedot). They may access your information only to perform services for us.
• Required public disclosure of contributions. Campaign contributions are subject to public reporting. We are required to report certain contributor information — including name, address, occupation, and employer for contributions above the thresholds set by law — to the Alaska Public Offices Commission (APOC). That information becomes part of the public record. Please keep this in mind when you contribute.
• Legal compliance. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the campaign or others.
Cookies and Do Not Track
We may use cookies to operate the site and understand how it’s used. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how parts of the site work.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is currently no industry-standard way to respond to these signals, and we do not currently respond to DNT signals.
